Counselling is an investment of time, energy, and trust. You deserve to know the cost upfront, without having to dig or ask.
All sessions are delivered online via secure Telehealth or phone. Whether you’re seeking personal counselling or using NDIS funding, fees are kept simple, transparent, and consistent.
If you’re unsure which session type is right for you, the initial intake is the place to start. It gives us space to understand your needs and decide the best way forward together.

Pricing information
All fees are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.
Sessions are delivered via secure Telehealth video or phone and are 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online system.
Telehealth Counselling Australia supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We are not a registered NDIS provider.
Appointment changes or cancellations require notice in line with our Terms of Service. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be charged in full.
